A Collection of Ten Vintage Cast Brass Novelty Brooches in the Form of Antique Hardware and Motifs - A collection of ten cast brass novelty pins or brooches designed as miniature replicas of antique furniture hardware and traditional decorative motifs. Each piece is cast in high relief and exhibits a bright golden brass finish. The reverse of each item is fitted with a pin stem and a safety catch mechanism. The assortment includes various historical and sporting motifs: a crown surmounting a tied ribbon and foliate spray, a traditional skeleton key, an hourglass centered within an oval frame, an ornate Rococo-style scrolling keyhole escutcheon, a Federal-style eagle with outstretched wings, a simple oval keyhole escutcheon, a Chippendale-style bail drawer pull, a horse head in profile, a rectangular rim lock box featuring a faux keyhole and knob, and a fox head mask.
