The chair is constructed using the patented Lloyd Loom process, which involves weaving twisted kraft paper reinforced with wire over a frame. It features a barrel-back design with continuous integrated arms and a woven skirt, finished in a cream-colored paint. The chair is supported by a cross-stretcher base and curved wooden rockers. A loose-fitting seat cushion is included, upholstered in a vintage floral fabric with a palette of orange, yellow, and green. An embossed metal manufacturer's label is affixed to the rear frame beneath the seat and is transcribed as follows: Pat.
