Antique Hardwood Child's Potty Chair with Swing-Over Tray - A late 19th to early 20th-century child's potty chair, or commode chair, constructed from a reddish-brown stained hardwood. The design shows Arts and Crafts influence, featuring square-cut legs, a three-slat backrest, and pyramid-shaped finials on the rear posts. A pivoting swing-over wooden tray with a raised rim is attached to the rear stiles with metal pins. The seat features a central circular aperture that accommodates a removable white enameled metal chamber pot. The front of the chair is finished with a modesty panel. The piece is assembled using mortise and tenon joinery. No maker's marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the wood surfaces or the chamber pot.
