ANTIQUE BUKHARA TURKMEN HAND KNOTTED RUG, DISTRESSED, 7.10 x 10.6 (239cm x 320cm) - Antique Bukhara Turkmen rug was hand knotted in Pakistan of 100% natural wool on a cotton foundation. This rug is 80+ years old, has medium to low, wool piles and is in a slightly distressed condition. Beautiful colors with excellent quality. There are areas showing abrash due to age and the use of antiquated vegetable dyes. There are several small holes that may require a repair. This rug was acquired from a rug store auction.
