Mentioning the news of the birth of a son to the Admor Rabbi Yaakov Shimson Hager the day before…: " פותחים בנולד, ת"ל שנולד בן זכר לאדמו"ר הרב הצדיק רי"ש שיחי' יום אתמול, יה"ר שיהיו למז"ט ולגדלו... לו ולנו ולכל המסתופפים בצלו ולכל החפצים בחברתינו ושיתרומם קרנו למעלה למעלה אמן". For years there has been disagreements about the date of birth of Rabbi Moshe of Kosov, there were those that claimed he was born in the year 1845 (see 'Leket Ani', 1965 edition, page 6), some claimed he was born in 1847,and some who argued - on the year 1860. This letter consists an initial historical source presenting the exact date of the birth of the Holy Rabbi Moshe of Kosov, only son of the Holy Rabbi Yaakov Shimshon Hager. 19th day of Kislev 5620 (1859). Also in this letter he praises the Holy Rabbi Yaakov Shimshon of Kosov as follows: "הה"צ רי"ש הולך וגדול בכל יום ויום וכל צדיקים שבדור מחזיקים...".
