[1] 15 [14], 20; 23-56, 59-70 pages, 22 cm. Page numbers mixed up. copy missing: [3] pages at end of Sefer Shemot, and [2] pages from Sefer Devarim. Last two pages are bound in reverse.
On the title page: 'הנהגות האדם מהרב... אלימלך'.
At the end of the sefer: 'סודות להחכם המקובל כמהרור יוסף גיקטילא'.
Stamp of: "אלעזר... דומץ צפת".
Ownership stamp: 'אלימלך וואללאך' 'בחזקת עמרם בלוי'.
Stamp of: מעזבונו של פרופסור ד"ר אשר יהודה ליב ב"ר שלמה זלמן הלוי גולק (from inheritance of Professor Dr. Asher Yehuda Leib B"R Ahlomo Zalmen HaLeivi Golack). 

Professor Asher Yehuda Leib Glick (1881-1940), from prominent researchers of the Modern study of Hebrew law, and founder of this research realm. Learned the Talmud and Poskim in his younger years, and when he was 30 he graduated with honors from the Universität Dorpat - The University of Tartu in Estonia. In 1913 he started publicizing a series of monumental books "יסודי המשפט העברי" (Basis of Hebrew law). He ascended to Israel and served as lecturer in the Hebrew University from 1926. Authored many sefarim in the field of research among them: "אוצר השטרות הנהוגים בישראל" (1926), "השוואה כללית בין רוח דיני ממונות העבריים ורוח דיני ממונות הרומאים" (1926), "לחקר תולדות המשפט העברי בתקופת התלמוד" (1929), "תולדות המשפט בישראל בתקופת התלמוד" (1939), קנינו של עבד כנעני (1930). 
Passed away on the 14th day of Adar, b in 1940. 
Aging stains, few moth holes, lightly worn cover, few pages cut from print at the edge of the upper part. Good condition.
