Document from the Israeli center of Agudas Yisroel with many lines handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Levinson, the manager of the Radin Yeshiva and and the grandson of Moron the Chofetz Chaim. Poland, 1934.

A questionnaire that was given to applicants of a certificate to the Land of Israel issued by the Israeli center of Agudas Yisroel in Poland. The applicant of the certificate (Rabbi Mordechai Landinsky - the son of Rabbi Moshe Rosh Yeshivat Radin and Av Beis Din of Novopost) was required to fill in several personal details and a recommendation by his Rav. Rabbi Landinsky asked Rabbi Yehoshua Leib to recommend him and he wrote several warm words and praises about him: "... studied in our Yeshiva for about ten years and was one of its excelling studnets ... also worked hard for the fund of the Yishuv in particular"

The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Levinson (1890-1944) the grandson of the Chofetz Chaim and manager of the holy yeshiva of Radin. Was born to his brother Rabbi Zvi Hirsch the son-in-law of the Chofetz Chaim. He married Mrs. Fruma Liba the daughter of Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Sapir (the Rav of Saratov and in his old age one of the rabbis of Petach Tikvah). Served as Ram and spiritual manager of the Yeshiva and in its final days, also its material manager. Perished in the Holocaust with his family.

The Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Landinsky (1905-1995) one of the greatest rabbis of America.  Was born to Rabbi Moshe Rosh Yeshivat Radin from whom he studied Torah as well as Moron the Chofetz Chaim.  He received his Hora'ah Semicha from the Gaon Rabbi Naftali Trop and Rabbi Aharon Valkin and after his marriage, served as a rabbi in Novopest. During the war, he escaped to America and there too served as a Rav. In America, he established the Chofetz Chaim Yeshiva alongside Rabbi Menachem Mendel Sacks and the Radin Yeshiva in the Land of Israel. The document before us indicates that  he intended to immigrate to the Land of Israel before escaping to America.
