Large collection of [30] Seforim with many ownership notations in many of the Seforim. Condition varies: some of the books are in fair condition while the others are in good-very good condition. Sold as one, some of the ownership notations have been examined while others have not. 


* 3 volumes of Pnei Yehoshua. Warsaw, 1861-1862. Signatures and stamps of the renowned Chassidic philanthropist Rabbi Eliezer Prives of Warsaw. Original leather bindings, detached. 

* Pri Toar on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah, by the Or HaChaim HaKadosh. The copy of Rabbi Akiva Eiger's brother-in-law, Rabbi Shimon Halevi Segal of Kalisch. [Zholkva], [1810]. 

* Pri Chdash, on Yoreh Deah from its beginning to Hilchos Yein Nesech [with the body of the text, siman 1-122], authored by Rabbi Chizkiya di Silva. Amsterdam, [1692]. [2], 116, [1], [116, [1], 116-130 leaves. With a sticker "From the estate of R. Yechiel Heller..." and an ancient, cut, owner's signature. 

* Noda BiYehuda. 2 volumes. Vilnius, 1902-1904. Ownership signatures of Rabbi Yechiel Zvi Kahana and rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Kahana. Fine bindings. 

* [3] tractates in [2] volumes of the Bavli Talmud Zhitomir Shapiro, Baba Batra (1859), Pesachim (1861) and Chagiga (1861). Pedigreed copy of the Holy Gaon Rabbi Meir Rappaport the Rav of Lokov and Rosh Av Beis Din of Krakow. 

* Seder Moed [section B] of the Yerushalmi Talmud [section C] with Korban Edah and Shirei Korbal commentary, Pnei Moshe, Mareh Panim, Masoret haShas and Ein Mishpat, Gilyon HaShas and Hagahot Zion Yerushalayim. Printed by the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta Rabbi Chanina Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschil Shapiro, 1862. Leather binding with gilt decorations, moth damage, stains, good-very good general condition. 

* Kol HaRemez, on the Mishnayot, by Rabbi Moshe Zacuto. First edition. Amsterdam [1719] 163 leaves, 21 cm. lacking copy: the title page, [3] approbation leaves and introduction and leaves 164-180 are missing. With the stamp 'Grand Rabbinat Edirne'. 

* Concordantiae bibliorum hebraicae. Concordance by  Johannis Buxtorfi. Basel, [1632] [456] leaves, 41 cm. With the special title page of Daniel and Ezra. Lacking copy: the first 19 leaves are missing, including the title page and introduction leaf. 

* Chut HaShani, Shut published by Rabbeinu the "Chavos Yair" of the three Gedolei Olam of the Bachrach family. First edition in the author's lifetime. Frankfurt am Mein, [1679]/ [1], 115 leaves, 18 cm. 

* Olas Tamid and Olas Shabbat on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim [with the text] by Rabbi Sgmuel ben Rabbi Yosef of Krakow. Amsterdam, [1681] [1], 2-260 [i.e. 60]; 10, [6], 65-114; 50 leaves. 31 cm. Missing the title page and leaf 1. Ownership signatures and stamps, including the signature of Rabbi Yechiel Heller who wrote that he bought th eSefer on the Yahrzeit of his holy son Zvi and a stamp of Rabbi Yisroel Meir Freimnan Av Beis Din of the Ostroh communtiy.

* Halachot Ketanot, section A-B from Shut Rabbi yaakov Hagiz. Venice, [1704]. First edition. 12-71, [5] leaves. 5 cm. Lacking copy: [4] pp. at the beginning of the Sefer are missing as well as pp. 1-11 and [4] pp. at the end of the Sefer. 

* Pilpula Charifta, on Piskei HaRosh Seder Nezikin, by ba'ak HaTosfos Yom Tov, Rabbi Yom Tov Heller. Henavy, [1716].
