"The printers' apology" constitutes a fascinating historical document explaining the need for a reprinting of the Midrash as a result of persecutions against the Jews of Poland, Ashkenaz and other countries, which caused "most of the Seforim and Midrashim to be burnt and trampled".
Stains, moth damage, the last leaf is detached with tears and blemishes to the perimeter of the leaf affecting the text, some of the letters noting the sources were cut in the bounding process, fair-good condition.
