Two leaves handwritten by the Emunas Moshe of Alexander, regulations for establishing the Beis Yisroel holy yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel, before the Holocaust. Historical and rare, pertaining to the restoration of the holy court of Alexander in Eretz Yisroel.

Written on two leaves are the regulations, the major of them being that  students of the Alexander yeshivas in the cities and towns of Poland have precedence of being accepted to the holy yeshiva that is being established in Eretz Yisroel. Yeshivas in the following cities are mentioned: Alexander, Lodz, Warsaw, Radom, Lublin, Kieltz, Radomsk, Piotrkow, Bendin and Sonsowich, Kolisch, Ponovezh, Ozrakov and additional cities in Poland.

The yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel was meant to be the worldwide high Torah center and to it, mature students were to be sent to receive higher educational in Hora'ah [!].

The document contains 11 paragraphs and it includes corrections and glosses handwritten by the Emunas Moshe and glosses in another script.

This is a rare peek into some of the activities and efforts of Maran the holy Rav the Emunas Moshe to establish a holy court for the Alexander Chassidim in Eretz Yisroel before the Holocaust, which destroyed the glorious and huge Chassidus, except for a few remnants and refugees.

The Holy Rav Rabbi Yehuda Moshe of Alexander (1892-1973), the successor of the Alexander dynasty who rebuilt the holy court after the Holocaust. In his youth he studied with the Dayan Rabbi Avraham Eliezer Rottenberg of Lodz. At the age of 13 received his rabbinic Semicha. Married the daughter of the Holy Rav Rabbi Bezalel Yair Danziger the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yechiel of Alexander. A leading disciple of his uncles the Holy Rav the Yismach Yisroel and his successor the Holy Rav the Tiferest Shmuel of Alexander. Immigarted to Israel after the Holocaust and his days saw development, prosperity and renewal.
