Three lines handwritten and signed by the holy Rav the Beis Yisroel of ger, to his close Chassid Rabbi Ephraim Sheraga, the son of the Gaon Chassid Rabbi Avraham Binyomin of Pittsburgh. In addition to his blessings, the Beis Yisroel writes that 'your question from your nephew will be answered by your son-in-law Rabbi Moshe Leib', Rabbi Moshe Leib Lock, one of the Meshamshim of the Beis Yisroel.
