On the flyleaf, the personal stamp of Rabbeinu of Tosh "Meshulam Feish Segal Lowey Av Beis Din Tosh" and on its sides, dozens of names of Chassidim and disciples who asked to be mentioned favorably during the prayers.

In addition, attached to the Siddur is a photocopied leaf with names, which was apparently transferred from a previous Siddur to this one.

There are signs of tears and use, mainly prior to Shmonah Esreh, Refa'einu, Aravis for Sabbath and the part of the prayer titled Yeridas HaShefa, which is Ashrei and UVah LeZion Go'el at the end of Shacharis and at the beginning of the Yotzer Or blessing of the Sabbath prayer HaKol Yuducha.

In addition, there is a stamp with a correction of the version of the blessing of VelaMinim al Tehi Tikvah, a stamp edited by the holy Rav of Tosh.

The Siddur with the Keter Nehora commentary by the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Zelichov was approbated when it was first printed by the greatest Tzaddikim including the holy Rav Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, the Maggid of Kozhnitz, the Rabbi of Lublin and later by the holy Rav of Satmar, the holy Rav of Belz and additional Tzaddikim.
