The Yirah and Mussar Sefer Reshis Chochma by the Chassid Rabbi Eliyahu Vidas a disciple of the Ramak. Lemberg 1877 edition, which was given by the holy Rav the Kedushas Yom Tov of Siget as a gift to a Bar Mitzvah boy.

On the back of the title page and several other places in the Sefer, 'I received this Sefer as Doron Derasha from the Admor the Rav the Tzaddik Gaon Maran Chananya Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum Shalita of Siget...'. The Sefer was given in 1902. Beneath this notation, the receiver added the date of passing of the holy Rav the Kedushas Yom Tov in Shevas 1904.

In one of the ownership notations, the receiver of the Sefer wrote the name of Rabbeinu the Kedushas Yom Tov with a prayer for his recovery, apparently written close to the passing of the Tzaddik the Kedushas Yom Tov.
