94; 102 leaves, 28 cm. Wax stamp on the title page. With the approbation of Rabbi Yehoshua Chai, Reish Mesivta and Reish Mata of Mantova.


Rabbi Meir ben Rabbi Avraham Angel (1558-1630) - immigrated in his youth from Sofia to Safed and became the disciple of Rabbi Shmuel Ozida, Rabbi Chaim Vital, Rabbi Yisroel Saruk and Rabbi Elazar Azakri. Served as Rav in Kushta and as the Chief Rabbi of Belgrad as well as the Chief Rabbi and Av Beis Din of Sofia. Authored the Seforim Keshes Nechusha (1593), Masores Habris (1619) and Masores Habris Hagadol (1622). Later he returned to live in Safed. 


New leather binding with gilt lettering, stains, restored moth holes, good condition.
