[2] leaves, old paper, Ashkenazic script. The version appearing in this manuscript was eventually printed in Sefer Zichron Yaakov Yosef (Jerusalem, [1932]), which was published with approbations by Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, the Badatz of the Ashkenazim of Jerusalem and more.
