Two full pages handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Kluger on Hilchos Shechita, including his instructions on examining th elung, hand-signed by him. 1859.
Rabbi Shlomo Kluger signed instructions pertaining to the examination of the lungs, handwritten by him. He did not sign his name but rather wrote והשומע ינעם ותבא עליו ברכת טוב כנפש הכותב יום א' לסדר וישם לך שלום תרי"ט, לפ"ק ק"ק בראד דברי וכו'.
The content of the instructions is introduced in his Seforim and in Hagahos Chochmas Shlomo on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Siman 18.
The great Gaon, the Maggid of Brody, Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Kluger (1785-1869) one of the greatest Poskim and Darshanim of his generation. Authored thousands of responses and approx. a hundred and fifty Seforim on all subjects of the Torah. Served as Av Beis Din of Kolikov, Josefov, Maggid Meisharim in Brody and Rav in Brezan.
