Postcard with Torah innovations on both its sides handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Yaakov Weinberg author of Sridei Esh. Was sent to the Gaon Rabbi Yisroel Poras from Ohio in 1954.
The letter deals with two subjects, the Semicha in Halacha and its significance to recent generations and Dinei Brira.
The great Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Yaakov Weinberg author of Sridei Esh [1884-1966] a revered Gaon. The head of the Beis Midrash for rabbis of Berlin. After the Holocaust, authored the Sridei Esh Shut containing original responsa on Halacha and Aggadah.
