Kuntres manuscript, Kitvei HaAri, first chapter of Sefer Mevoh She'arim - Italian script - before 1783.
These are 11 leaves of an Italian manuscript containing a copying from the writings of Rabbi Chaim Vital. Copied on the first nine leaves is the entire first chapter of Sefer Mevoh She'arim by Rabbi Chaim Vital (at the beginning of the manuscript, the copyist wrote by mistake "First chapter of Sefer Etz Chaim"). Mevoh She'arim was printed for the first time in Koretz 1783. Apparently, this manuscript was copied before this year.
Sefer Mevoh She'arim is from the Mahadura Batra of the Ari's writings that were written by Rabbi Chaim Vital and then buried by him. Many years later, they were found, edited and proofread by Rabbi Yaakov Tzemach.
Copied on the last three leaves are varied Likutim from the writings of Rabbi Chaim Vital.
