Historical Archive from the Holy Court of the ‘Shomer Emunim’ – 1946 - Historical archive of important documents, lists of supplicants, names of famous Chassidim of the court of the holy and renowned Rebbe of “Shomer Emunim” from 1946. Collection of documents, mostly written by the immense Chassid Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Yozevich, the elder of the community, with the others being printed lists of the Chassidim of the holy Shomer Emunim Rebbe, with listings of the Pidyonos they gave, the Kvittlach and other mentions, as well as a detailed accounting of the holy court’s finances. The archive contains six paper items, two of which are mostly-filled notebooks, detailing for each Chossid how the charity money was sent over. The archive includes also a printed list of all of the Chassidim, with their mothers’ names. On another page is a mention of the great Gaon Rabbi Aharon Cohen, Rosh Yeshiva of Chevron, who, as is well known, was part of the community that followed the Rebbe closely. The archive also includes an official letterhead of Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Yozevich, with the title of “Maker of Battim for Tefillin from Ox hides”. [6] paper items, some complete notebooks.
