Wonderous Segulah: Avodas Kahuna by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe of Dej – Przemyśl, 1894 - Wonderous and proven Segulah! Sefer “Avodas Kehuna” printed by the holy Gaon Rabbi Moshe of Dej. First and rare edition! Approbation of Maran the holy Gaon of Sieniawa. Przemyśl, 1894. Sefer “Avodas Kehuna”, based on the Birkat Kohanim, transcribed from an old manuscript which came about to the holy Rabbi Menachem, Mendel of Dej, published and printed by his son, Rabbi Moshe of Dej, right after his father’s passing in 1894. The Sefer contains important Kabbalistic illustrations, such as the shape of the Menorah to look at during the Kohanim’s blessing, the circles of the Sepiroth and their connections, and more. The Sefer has a special approbation from the holy Gaon Maran Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga of Sieniawa. He writes about the value of having this Sefer in the home: “it is a great Mitzvah to merit the multitudes, Kohanim who bless, Levites who sanctify, and Israelites who receive blessings, all encompassed in the blessing as Rashi explains in the Chumash, to teach them how the beloved Mitzvah should be favored, to bring down an abundance of life and blessing to all of Israel until the redeemer’s coming swiftly in our days Amen”.
