Sefer With a Unique and Rare Dedication from Maran the Shevet Halevi. 1951 - “Memory of the love of Torah” – Sefer “Shoshanat Ha’amakim”, Jerusalem, 1951. Long and special dedication from Maran the Shevet Halevi to one of his top disciples, 1951. Maran Rav Wosner, showing open love and affection of the Torah and its scholars and especially to his beloved disciples, writes on the flyleaf: “As a sign of appreciation and memory of the love of Torah to our honored student, exalted and esteemed, Aharon Feldman, for his good knowledge of the Sugya of ten Ki, 1951. His Rebbi who awaits the rise of his renown, Shmuel Halevi Wosner”. (It’s possible that the year written is 1958) Maran the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner [1913-2015] one of Gedolei Hador, Pillar of Hora'ah, Posek of the generation. Most of the Morei Hora'ah and Poskim of the recent generation were his disciples or members of his Beis Din. He was a leading disciple of Maran the Maharam Shapiro of Lublin and the Mashgi'ach Rabbi Shimon of Zelichiv, Rabbi Shmuel David Unger of Nietra and Rabbi Yosef Elimelech Kahana of Ungvar. 79 pp. Complete and handsome pages.
