“Blesses Him With a Kesiva Vachasima Tova” – Letter of the Holy Rabbi Chaim Mordechai of Nadvorna Regarding Expanding the Yeshiva - Letter in the hallowed handwriting of the holy Rabbi Chaim Mordechai of Nadvorna, requesting an authorization to enlarge the building of the Yeshiva in Jaffa “for if not now – then when”. 1954. The letter was sent to Rabbi Avraham Boyar, deputy mayor of Tel Aviv and from the leaders of the Torah community in the city, and it begins with: “being that the students of the Yeshiva proposed to enlarge the building of the Beis Medrash, with my consent, G-D willing…” He requests that he should not face unneeded bureaucracy and that he should make a small effort to approve the plans without delay.
