Ne’os Deshe by the Arvei Nachal. Exemplar of the Tzaddikim of Dej - Sefer Ne’os Deshe, Halachic responsa by Rabbeinu David Shlomo Eibshutz, author of Arvei Nachal and Levushei Serad. Includes also responsa by Rabbeinu Shlomo Kluger. First edition, Lemberg, 1861. Responsa on all four sections of Shulchan Aruch by one of the great Chassidic Tzaddikim. On the title page is an important ownership notation: “I purchased this Sefer responsa Ne’ot Deshe for 2750 signed by me the eve of Monday Va’era 674 (Jan. 19,1914) Dej. The s. Naftali Tzvi Horowitz.” This is the holy Rebbe, Rabbi Naftali Tzvi Horowitz of Dej (1880-1935), son of the holy Rabbi Yosef of Kras, son-in-law the holy Rabbi Moshe of Dej. Seal of the holy Rabbi Yosef of Dej, son of the holy Knesset Yechezkel of Dej : “Yosef Paneth son of the holy Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel OBM, Av Beis Din of Dej.” [3] 128, 6 pp. Extensive staining throughout the sefer.
