Handwritten Ruling from the Great Gaon, the “Kli Chemda” - Halachic ruling, handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Meir Dan Refael Plotzki, from the renowned Geonim of Poland, author of “Kli Chemda”. 1925. The ruling was given during the time the “Kli Chemda” was serving as Rabbi of Ostrów Mazowiecka, and it details a dispute between a wife and her husband who had gone abroad and changed his name, leaving behind debts as well as her husband’s estate remaining indebted to their daughters. The entire letter is in his handwriting and with his signature. On the reverse side of the page are full details in Polish and his signature in Latin script. [1] letterhead.
