Exemplar of the immense Gaon of his generation, Rabbi Nachum Treibitch, Av Beis Din of Nikolsburg and the area and author of “Tuv Yerushalayim”, one of the important elucidations on Yerushalmi. Many ownership notations including: “This Sefer belongs to my master, teacher, and Rabbi, the great light, the renowned Gaon, sharp and versed in all halls of Torah… Rabbi Nachum Treibitch Av Beis Din and Rosh Mesivta of Nikolsburg and the area. Such are the words of his servant and disciple of Baden, Prussia, the young Moshe Chaim…” Of the various notations, some of the handwriting appears to be that of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Shimshon Kolka, Av Beis Din of Podivín, Moravia, the son-in-law of Rabbi Nachum Treibitch. The volume contains the Ritva on Chullin, bound together with Torat Habayit by the Rashba. 27, 3-30 pp. Incomplete exemplar. Missing the title pages.
