Confirmation of Receipt of Charity Money from Rabbi Meir Kliers, Av Beis Din of Tveriah. 1923 - Handwritten confirmation from the Gaon Rabbi Shalom Malka for receipt of charity funds from Maran the Gaon Rabbi Meir Kliers, the chief Rabbi of Tveriah. 1923. The receipt states that the sages of the Sephardic Yeshiva Eitz Chaim in Tveriah received the charity funds sent by the Central Assistance Committee in New York through the Religious Council via the renowned Gaon Rabbi Moshe Kliers Shlita. The receipt is signed by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Malka, who served as the Yeshiva’s secretary, and was one of the Sephardic Dayanim in the city. Stamps of Rav Malka and of the Yeshiva. [1] lined paper.
