The Choshen Mishpat of Rabbi Marah D'ara Kadisha, the Holy Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund – During His Time in Satmar. - Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, Facsimile of the Second Edition from the Vilna Press – A Copy Belonging to the Holy Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem and Marah D'ara Kadisha. The copy previously belonged to his father, the Holy Rabbi Yisroel Freund, and passed on to his righteous sons: Rabbi Baruch Freund, Rabbi of Hunyad, whose stamp and signature appear on the book, and his brother, the Holy Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund. The book bears various stamps of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh, ranging from his time living in Satmar, where he served as Dayan, to his later stamps when he resided in Jerusalem as the Rabbi of the Beit Yisroel community and surrounding areas. This volume includes the laws of partnership distribution, starting from page [1] and covering pages 11-14. There is a tear on page 14, signs of wear from time, and an old binding from the period with slight damage. The condition is good.
