A student of Rabbi Chaim of Brisk, he stood at the head of the “Torat Chesed” Yeshiva in Brisk together with the Gaon Dayan Rabbi Simcha Zelig Riger. His Sefer Imrei Moshe became widely learned in Yeshivot. Good condition. Filing holes.
