Letter of Blessings from the Holy Rabbi Yehuda’le of Dzhikov - “I received your letter announcing the birth of the grandson and daughter with joy, and may you be congratulated on the good tidings” — A Wondrous Letter of Blessing from the Holy Rabbi Yehuda’le of Dzhikov A mazal tov letter on the birth of a grandson and a daughter, with pure and exalted blessings, in the holy handwriting and with the signature of the famed miracle worker, Rabbi Yehuda’le Horowitz of Dzhikov. [1] Leaf, [6] lines in the handwriting of Rabbi Yehuda’le of Dzhikov, with his signature. In the letter, the holy Rabbi Yehuda’le blesses his dear friend: “May it be the will of our Father in Heaven, may He be blessed and exalted, that you merit abundant Nachas from them and from all your precious descendants — each one shall be blessed by name — and may you always be able to inform me of only good tidings forever. As a heartfelt sign and with all my soul, Yehuda Horowitz.” The wondrous Tzaddik, Rabbi Yehuda Horowitz of Dzhikov — “Rabbi Yehuda’le Dzhikaver” (1905–1989) One of the revered righteous men of the previous generation. Son of the holy Rabbi Alter Yechezkel Eliyahu of Dzhikov, who was the son and successor of the Atteres Yeshuah of Dzhikov. His mother, Rebbetzin Chava, was the daughter of the holy Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, and Rabbi Yehuda’le became a devoted disciple of his grandfather. In his first marriage, he was the son-in-law of his uncle, the holy Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz. Despite many pleas, he refused to establish a Chassidic court. He lived in Jerusalem and served as Rosh Yeshiva and spiritual guide in Yeshivat Beit Yosef Tzvi Dushinsky. He was known for intense self-denial and constant tears. In his later years, he moved to London and spoke very little with people. Many seekers of spiritual wisdom and purity sought his presence and closeness. Fold mark, light stains. Good condition.
