Letter from the Holy Rabbi Shlomo Halberstam of Bobov. From the soul of his friend who awaits his salvation.”  Letter from the Holy Rabbi Shlomo Halberstam [the second] of Bobov. Brooklyn, New York, Parashat Vayeitzei, 1983. [1] Leaf, official stationery. Letter written by a Sofer, with the holy handwritten signature of the Rebbe of Bobov. In the letter, the Rebbe thanks the Chassid Rabbi Moshe David Stram for his donation and blesses him. The Holy Rabbi Shlomo Halberstam (the second) of Bobov (1907–2000) – son and successor of the Holy Rabbi Ben Zion Halberstam HY”D, author of Kedushat Tzion. From 1931, he served as the assistant rabbi in the town of Bobov and supported his father in leading the Etz Chaim Bobov yeshivah network. After surviving the Holocaust, he immigrated to the United States in 1946, where he rebuilt and expanded the Bobov dynasty, founding its institutions in the U.S., Israel, and other countries. Author of Kerem Shlomo and other works. Folding mark. Very good–excellent condition.
