Sefer Nishmas Chaim, an encyclopedic work on the immortality of the soul and the life of the World to Come, by Rabbi Menashe ben Yisrael — Amsterdam, 1652 — first edition printed during the author’s lifetime — copy that belonged to one of the Rabbanim of the Berdugo family — early annotations Signature on the title page and on additional leaves: ”לה”ו מר”ביץ יצ”ו” Signature and inscription on leaf 172/2: בית והון נחלת אבות שמי ושם אבי מר”ביץ נכדו של ה”ה הו”ה ומע' המשכיל כמו”ר יעקב זלה”ה” [?] In the margins of the leaves were copied all the corrections that appear at the end of the Sefer in the errata list.
