Shu”t Rabbi Akiva Eiger – Warsaw, Mid-19th Century – With Signatures of Two Sons of the “Etzei Chaim” of Sighet Stamp on the margin of the first leaf of ”משולם זישא טייטלבוים מסיגעט יע”א” HY”D. On the front endpaper appears the signature ”חנני' יום טוב ליפא... ” z”l. Both were among the younger sons of the Etzei Chaim of Sighet. The first was murdered in the Holocaust, and the second passed away in 1927. [1], 7; 3–145 leaves. Lacking the title page. 33 cm. Good condition. Stains. Original worn binding.
