From the Archives of the Kedushas Yom Tov of Sighet! Responsa Chacham Tzvi, by Rabbi Tzvi Ashkenazi – Lemberg, 1858 – the personal exampler of HaGaon HaKadosh Rabbi Chananya Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum, Av Beis Din of Sighet – an exampler that passed by inheritance to his son-in-law Harav Hatzaddik Rabbi David Shapiro of Bukowsk. On the title page and on additional leaves appear the stamps of the Kedushas Yom Tov of Sighet: ”ליפא טייטלבוים” On the page following the title page appears a pencil ownership inscription: ”שייך לכבוד הרב מסיגעט בוצינא קדישא רשכבה”ג שלשלת היחוסין [...] חנני' יו”ט ליפא ט”ב” Additional ownership inscriptions of the Kedushas Yom Tov appear on leaves 8–10. On the title page appears an ownership inscription of ”הה”צ דוד שפירא – בוקאווסק”, the son-in-law of the Kedushas Yom Tov. Likewise, on the title page and on additional leaves appear stamps of the grandson of the Kedushas Yom Tov: ”משה שפירא” Later gloss on leaf 14/2. [1], 52, [3] leaves. 40 cm. Overall good condition.
