Manuscript, Shloshim Zechiros from Sefer Orchos Tzaddikim, – the Exemplar of the Gaon and Chassid Rabbi Eliyahu Roth. [41] leaves. Handwritten notebook containing a copy of Shloshim Zechiros with an ownership inscription: ”שייך לרב אליהו רוט שליט”א, שלשים זכירות מספר אורחות צדיקים” Rabbi Eliyahu Roth (1905–1992) was known as a distinctly Jerusalemite Chassidic figure, a man of education and action, among the devoted disciples and close followers of the Tzaddikim of the Zvehil dynasty. Before us is thus an item of documentary and personal significance, reflecting the spiritual world of one of the prominent Chassidei Zvehil in Jerusalem in the second half of the 20th century. Condition: Fair–good. Detached binding, stains, and several folded corners.
