Maamar in the Holy Handwriting of the Admor the Tzemach Tzedek zy”a Maamar “Zachor Es Yom HaShabbos Lekadsho, ” from the Sefer 'Torah Or' by the author of the Tanya, in the handwriting of his grandson, Harav HaKadosh Rabbi Menachem Mendel, author of Tzemach Tzedek of Lubavitch zt”l. [9] pages in the handwriting of the Admor the Tzemach Tzedek, on [5] leaves, numbered 15–19. This item is accompanied by an expert certificate identifying the handwriting as the holy handwriting of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Lubavitch. To identify this item, we relied on the confirmation of the expert, Rabbi Yitzhak Yeshaya Weiss. The present Maamar was published with slight changes in the Sefer 'Torah Or', Parashas Yisro, pp. 141–143. The Great Admor, the Gaon, the true and Divine Tzaddik, Chasida, light of the world, wonder of the generation, crown and glory of Yisrael, the holy Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Lubavitch (1789–1866) — the third Admor in the dynasty of the Admorim of Chabad Chassidus, grandson and disciple of the Admor HaZaken, and son-in-law of the Admor HaEmtzai. A great Torah scholar in the revealed and hidden Torah. Author of the Responsa Tzemach Tzedek and additional works in Kabbalah and Chassidus, including Derech Mitzvosecha, Or HaTorah, Sefer HaLikutim, Igros Kodesh, Sefer HaChakirah – Derech Emunah, and others. Leather binding with gilt lettering, stains, minor worming, good condition.
