Long letter hand written by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai of Bilgoraj (Poland)' about the livelihood of a widow, with addition of Divrei Torah. 20th day of Shevat 1946. - Very fascinating letter, long and rare from the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai of Bilgoraj son of the Holy Mhari”d Rabbi Yisacher Dov of Belz, and brother of the Holy Mhar”a Rabbi Aharon of Belz and father of the current Admo”r of Belz shlit”a. The letter was written by the holy demand of his brother the holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz, in it the holy brothers request from the Vice Chairman of the Great Synagogue in Tel Aviv, to convince Mr David Tzvi Pinkes Chairman of the community Religious Council for the aggrieved widows livelihood whos means of support with her children is from selling holy Judaica articles next to the great synagogue and at this time they want to remove her from there. The long and unique letter continues as the Rav of Bilgoraj goes into every detail, he suggests new places where they can move her shop and not to destroy her livelihood. The Rav of Bilgoraj raises his hands with Diverei Torah and Halacha, on the laws of charity, laws of chazaka, and the holiness of Beit Knesset, Jewish tradition for strengthening the poor and bereft, and about selling holy items close to a Beit Knesset, its laws and customs. Note that the holy brothers arrived to Tel Aviv, Israel in the winter of 1944 and very quickly the Rav of Bilgoraj was well involved in the public life of Israel and especially Tel Aviv. Hgh”k Rabbi Mordechei Rokach Rav of Bilgoraj,  was born 1901, to his great father the holy Rabbi Yisachar Dov of Belz. From his mother's side the Rebbetzin was a grandchild of the holy righteous household of Zevhil and Kobrin. He learned daily together with his holy father. At the age of 25 he was crowned as Rav of the city of Bilgoraj in Poland and he established there a beautiful Talmud Torah of which his brother testified 'The Holy spirit was noticeable on the faces of his students'. During the World War while his brother the Holy Rabbi Ahraon was in Premishlan, he requested from his brother of Bilgoraj not to leave him while moving through Bochnia and Hungary, as they wandered together until they arrived together in Israel. On the 9th day of Shevat 1944 they arrived to Israel and settled in Tel Aviv. The Rav of Bilgoraj helped his brother to set up the Belz Chassidut and the beginning establishment of the Belz institutions. His only son the current famous Admo”r of Belz shlit”a was born to him in Israel, continuing the holy ways of his holy fathers, the golden chain of Belz dynasty.
