Letter from HaGaon Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv regarding a reconciliation of the words of the Tov Ta’am VaDa’as by HaGaon Rabbi Shlomo Kluger on the laws of Treifos. Ashdod, 1980. [1] leaf, official stationery, written on both sides, unsigned. The letter was written in Ashdod during Bein HaZmanim, on 23 Av 1980. It appears that Maran Rabbi Elyashiv used the Bein HaZmanim period to respond to non-urgent Torah inquiries, so as not to disrupt his regular schedule during the rest of the year. Fold marks, minor defects at the upper edge of the leaf. Good condition.
