Agreement drawn up and signed in Bnei Brak between the institutions of “Chesed L'Avraham, ” by the honorable Admor Rabbi Yisrael Avraham Portugal, and the contractor A. Finkelstein & Partners Ltd. [3] leaves, with the signatures of the Admor of Skulen. Two of the leaves are 31 cm in height, and the third leaf is 14 cm in height. Harav HaKadosh Rabbi Yisrael Avraham Portugal of Skulen (1923–2019) — among the surviving remnant of the generation of wisdom. A lover of Israel and one who prayed for their salvation. Son of his father, the holy Tzaddik Harav HaKadosh Rabbi Eliezer Zusia. He suffered many wanderings and hardships as a result of the events of the Holocaust. He worked extensively to save orphaned children of the Holocaust and rescue them from the clutches of the Soviet regime. Upon arriving in the United States, he became a central address and towering authority to whom all turned to receive his many blessings, which did not return empty. Author of the Sefer “Meor Yisrael.” Fold marks. Very good condition.
