One Hundred Dollar Bill Given by the Lubavitcher Rebbe on 10 Shevat 1991. One hundred-dollar bill given from the holy hand of the Lubavitcher Rebbe on 10 Shevat 1991, for the renovation of a synagogue in Jerusalem. At the top of the bill, the recipient wrote: “B”h, received by me on 10 Shevat 1991 from the Holy Admor of Lubavitch.” At the bottom, he added: “For the renovation of a synagogue in Jerusalem.” 10 Shevat is the Yahrzeit of the Rayatz and the day on which his son-in-law, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson of Lubavitch, assumed the leadership of Chabad-Lubavitch. The one-hundred-dollar bill is preserved in as-new condition. Excellent condition.
