Byzantine Incense Burner with Chains
5th-6th century AD
A bronze incense burner, hexagonal in plan with three flared feet, tiered conical lid with pierced panels, cruciform knop handle and three chains attached to a cruciform plate with suspension hook. 515 grams, 34cm (13 1/4"). Fine condition. [No Reserve]
