Clock and Candelabra set - Made of brass and porcelain. France C. 1870. Brass clock box decorated with Caryatids and acanthus leaves. Porcelain flacks painted with romantic scenes on the clock and Candelabras. Roman numeral dial on porcelain flack decorated with a cupid. Mechanism manufactured by JAPY and won a medal in a clocks competition in 1855. Rings at half and full hours. Clock height: 36 cm. Candelabra height: 43 cm. In working condition.
