Two volumes: Charles Dudley's journey to Palestine and the Levant in 1870, to cities such as Beirut, Damascus, Jerusalem, Jericho, Athens and Constantinople. Plus 25 photogravures, each on a page of its own and protected by paper. Beautiful covers in red and green with gilded decorations, and above them the original dust-jackets.
English, 568 pages in total, good condition: the first volume has a tear on the inside of the cover. 21X14 cm.
