A guide to Palestine with descriptions of the geography, history, religion, peoples, places, government, geology and history of the land. Edited by Harry Charles Luke (1884-1969), a clerk in the British Colonial Office. Includes an illustration of the Dome of the Rock on the title page, as well as a large folding map (43X63 cm) placed in a pocket in the cover. At the end of the book is a selection of advertisements.
English, 295 pages, good condition: a tear in the pocket that holds the map, a small tear in the map, a former library copy with a library sticker at the beginning. 19X12 cm.
