על הכריכה נכתב בדיו "י"ב שירים מאת אמיר גלבע, סיון תשל"א". בעמוד הראשון ישנו מספור בכתב ידו של גלבע - 38/65, וכן הקדשה: "למאיר ויזלטיר, בברכות לשנה החדשה הבעל"ט, אמיר גלבע, כ"ו באלול תשל"א".
