Personal Diaries of a Jewish Woman in Germany - With Photos - 1940-1924
Three lined notebooks with a designed cover that were used as the diaries of a Jewish woman in Germany. The text in cursive and occasionally various pieces of paper are pasted, and between the pages there are newspaper clippings and folded letters, as well as photographs attached with office staples.
On one of the pages is pasted an advertisement dated February 27, 1935, from the Jewish Community Council in Frankfurt. The ad states that by order of the secret police in Frankfurt - it is undesirable for Jews and Jewish organizations to mark their buildings, apartments or businesses with Reich flags (swastikas) or Reich colors (black-white-red).
The diaries date from 1924 to 1940
