Raphael (1914-1999) was one of the leaders of the Hapoel HaMizrachi and the National Religious Party, and served as a member of Knesset and minister. Winner of the Bialik Prize and the Rabbi Kook Prize for his work in the field of Torah literature. Chairman of the Rabbi Kook Institution. Yiddish, 16x12 cm.
