Sarah Shor (1897-1981) was an artist, graphic artist and set designer. Shor was a Jew of Russian origin, a pogrom survivor, designed many plays for the Avant-garde Theater, worked with the ”Kultur-Lige” group and worked as an illustrator for the ”Academia” publishing house in Moscow.
