Very Rare: Jewish Cook Book - New York 1926 - Jewish Cook Book. by Florence Kreisler Greenbaum.  New York: Bloch Publishing, 1926.  1,600 recipes according to the laws of kashrut, ”the favorit recipes of America, Austria, Germany, Russia, France, Poland, Romania, etc.” The book was used by the many immigrants who came to New York from Eastern Europe. It includes, among other things, eight different recipes for kugel. English, 438 pp., 20X14 cm. Good condition, light wear on the cover, a few stains.
