D. Sheinsohn. Hebrew and Yiddish. Without the front page. The Haggadah includes illustrations and engravings. On the first page there are illustrations of a Nazi extermination camp around the text ”This bitter herb that we eat, why do we eat it. Because we are filled with the incense of exile, because we fled from exile to exile, because we said: All that came to our brothers yesterday and all that came to them in the land of residence will not come to us. Because we did little for ourselves to build our destroyed home and state.” Also includes texts signed D. Frishman, Y.D. Sheinzon, and additional unsigned texts. Some in Hebrew and some in Yiddish. The engravings are signed Ben-Benjamin. 20 pp., 21X14 cm. Fair-poor condition: many stains, tears, holes, general wear.
