Lydekker's Wild Life of the World - 3 Volumes with 120 Color Plates - This three volume work with 120 color plates is Richard Lydekker's Wild Life of the World, A Descriptive Survey of the Geographical Distribution of Animals . The work was published in 1916 in London by Frederick Warne & Co. The volumes also include numerous in text black and white illustrations. They are bound in contemporary dark green half morocco, top edge gilt. Richard Lydekker (1849-1915) was an English naturalist and geologist.
